Ethio Telecom launch Mobile Business Bundle, designed for enterprise customers that allow them to enjoy a bundle of voice, text and data for a fixed amount of payment every month as well as to make use of this offer for their telephone allowance. This offer helps to make and receive telephone calls to and from the mobiles and fixed line telephones across the world.
To this Mobile Business Bundle offer, Ethio Telecom is proud to propose the Closed User Group (CUG) as option and this CUG option answers to enterprise clients’ expectations. It is important for enterprise customers who need to stay in contact with each other since it allows members within the group to make calls at a discounted rate compared to a normal tariff rates.
Regarding launching of CUG service the following have been considered:
• Post paid mobile subscription has been revised to make it affordable for small and medium enterprise customers.
• This offer is easier for companies to get postpaid mobile for their employees for a much discounted price (up to 60% price cut on subscription).
• Enterprise customers can make use of this offer for their telephone allowance in that this offer simplifies bill payment (consolidated billing for the enterprise customers’ business mobile accounts – with a detailed report if needed) and it is a cost effective.
• It is to be noted that CUG members can make calls to anyone regardless of whether or not the person is part of the CUG within their monthly bundle; whereas out of bundle refers to any calls that made within the CUG and outside the CUG which are treated differently.
Ethio Telecom has also recently enhanced other products and service offers such as Machine to Machine, Bulk SMS and Short Code Premium, in signing partnership with content providers.
