NOTIFICATION OF BID CLARIFICATION RESPONSES AND BID CLOSING DATE EXTENSION

To: ALL PARTICIPANTS

It is to be remembered that, your company has collected RFQ and Bidding Document for the procurement of Professional tools & instruments, 70Ah,12V Starter Batteries and Diesel Generator Spare parts with RFQ Nos. 4285601, 4285599 and 4285597. Accordingly, the bid has floated starting from June 23, 2026 and the bidding document was under distribution to interested and prospective bidders. In connection to this, some of the bidders have requested us clarification on the technical issues and extension of bid closing and opening dates.

Following this, bidders’ clarification requests were thoroughly reviewed and appropriate clarification responses have been given together with requirement amendment for Thermal Imager, Oil Cooler For 3-cylinder Deutz Engine, Feeler Gauge set and Set of Allen Key and bid closing & opening dates extension as summarized in the tables below:

N.B: – Finally, all bid participants must bear in mind that; these clarifications responses are part of the bidding document issued with RFQ Nos. 4285601, 4285599 and 4285597and the bid bond validity period has to be also issued as per the new bid closing date.
