- በአቅራቢያዎ የሚገኙ የአገልግሎት ማዕከሎቻችንን ይጎብኙ ወይም ጥያቄዎን በድረ-ገጻችን ይላኩ!
ሞደሞችን በአንድ ጊዜ ክፍያ ወይም በ24 ወራት የክፍያ አማራጭ መግዛት ይችላሉ።
- The service provided for residential customers with postpaid payment option with 24 months’ contract period.
- It is free for registration.
- Access speed upgrade or downgrade request cannot be accepted within the contract period. But customers can terminate the first contract and subscribe for the new access speed as a new contract.
- Ownership change request before the contract period is not acceptable.
- Name change and relocation request services are provided with free of charge.
- Customer will get 20% discount every month till the end of the contract period. Furthermore, if customers used the service 24 months’ without any monthly payment breaching, they will get the final discount monthly payment amount after the end of the contract.
- If a customer request for service suspension before the end of the contract, it is expected to return the discount amount of the total used month. If the modem payment option is 24 months’ instalment method, customers are expected to pay the remaining modem price.
- Ethio telecom covers all the installation cost up to 500 meters from the point of connection up to your premises. 12 months’ instalment payment option is arranged, if your premises is far beyond than 500 meters.

- አገልግሎቱን ለማስገባት እስከ 500 ሜትር ክልል ውስጥ ያለው ርቀት በነፃ የሚፈጸም ሲሆን ከዚያ በላይ ከሆነ ልዩነቱ ተሰልቶ የሚከፍሉ ሲሆን ክፍያውን በአማራጭ በ12 ወር ጊዜ ውስጥ መክፈል ይችላሉ፡፡

ይህ በ4ጂ ኤልቲኢ ላይ የተመሠረተ የብሮድባንድ መዳረሻ መፍትሔ ሲሆን ለመኖሪያ ቤት ደንበኞች ፋይበር መሰል የብሮድባንድ መዳረሻ ለማቅረብ ገመድ አልባ ኔትወርክን ይጠቀማል።

.The service is available only for a residential customer with data only postpaid option.
.It is recommended for the customer living areas do not have coverage of fixed broadband network and having 4GLTE network.
.All package prices are monthly based and recurring
.For volume based packages the off-peak hour extends till morning 8:00 AM.
.The customers can subscribe at any time of the month and the service will start immediately. If the customers subscribe out of the first date of the month, the monthly usage will be prorated.
.If packages are not used with in the current month, the unused package resource will be rollover for the next month only.
.Up/down grade will be possible as per the customer request
.Subscription, reconnection, name change, ownership change and relocation fee shall be free.
.It is home based only service which is secured by SIM binding (Device will not be functional with other SIM & vise versa), and location locked to the first location.
.If the customer wants to relocate their living or service area, it shall be requested to relocate the service.
.Service termination request will not be acceptable before the end of installment period. If the customer need service terminates before end of the installment payment, customers should pay the remaining installment amount
