  • Subscription, reconnection, name change, ownership change and line shifting/relocation fees are free.

    • ለባለገመድ ብሮድባንድ ኢንተርኔት አዲስ የሚያመለክቱ ደንበኞች ማግኘት የማይቻልበት ሁኔታ ካልኖረ በስተቀር አገልግሎቱን በፋይበር ብቻ የሚቀርብላቸው ይሆናል፡፡
    • የፋይበር ኮምቦ አገልግሎት ተጠቃሚ ለሚሆኑ ደንበኞች የመደበኛ ስልክ የመመዝገቢያ እና ወርሃዊ የአገልግሎት ኪራይ ላይ ለውጥ አልተደረገም፡፡
    • የአገልግሎቱ ነባር ተጠቃሚዎች ወደ ተሻሻላው የፍጥነት አማራጭ በሚያድጉበት ጊዜ አገልግሎቱን የሚያገኙበት መንገድ ከኮፐር ወደ ፋይበር መቀየር ካለበት አስፈላጊውን ወጪ በራሳቸው መሸፈን ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
    • በአነስተኛ ንግድ እና አገልግሎት ላይ የተሰማሩ ደንበኞች 8 ሜጋ ቢትስ እና ከዚያ በላይ ለሆነ ፍጥነት ሲያመለክቱ አገልግሎቱን ማግኘት የማይቻልበት ሁኔታ ካልኖረ በስተቀር በፋይበር ብቻ የሚቀርብላቸው ይሆናል፡፡
    • የኢንተርኔት አገልግሎቱን በኮፐር ማቅረብ የማይቻል መሆኑ ከታመነበት የ3 ሜጋ ቢትስ፣ 4 ሜጋ ቢትስ እና 6 ሜጋ ቢትስ የፍጥነት አማራጮች በፋይበር የሚቀርቡበት ሁኔታ ሊኖር ይችላል፡፡
    • የመደበኛ ብሮድባንድ ኢንተርኔት በፋይበር የሚጠቀሙ በአነስተኛ ንግድ እና አገልግሎት የተሰማሩ ደንበኞች ተጨማሪ የመደበኛ ስልክ ጥቅል እንዲካተትላቸው በመጠየቅ መጠቀም ይችላሉ፡፡
    • ደንበኞች የሚጠቀሙበትን ፍጥነት ለማሳደግ ወይም ዝቅ ማድረግ የሚችሉት ከተሻሻሉት የፍጥነት አማራጮች ውስጥ ነው፡፡
    • ድርጅቶች ተጨማሪ የመደበኛ ስልክ ጥቅል አገልግሎት ለ3 ወራት በነፃ የሚያገኙ ሲሆን ከዛ በኋላ ግን በቋሚነት አገልግሎቱን ለማግኘት ቀድመው ማመልከት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
    • ነባር የድርጅት እና በአነስተኛ ንግድ የተሰማሩ ደንበኞች የመደበኛ ብሮድባንድ ኢንተርኔት አገልግሎት ደንብና ሁኔታዎች ተፈፃሚነት አላቸው፡፡
    • ሁሉም ዋጋዎች ተ.እ.ታን ያካተቱ ናቸው፡፡

  • New subscription by enterprise customers will be provided through fiber unless fiber resource is not available.
  • Existing customers with 2Mbps, 3Mbps, 4Mbps, 5Mbps and 6Mbps customers will be migrated to the newly proposed mapped access speeds with their no media change. Existing 7Mbps customers with copper media shall be migrated with media change (fiber) if resource is available.
  • However, for 10Gbps existing subscription, there will not be a price change and not mapped to other speed (i.e. their existing rent will continue as is)
  • No change on the existing fixed line subscription and monthly rent for tele business fiber combo service
  • While mapping the existing speed with the updated one if media change is required the customer will cover the media-related cost.
  • tele business fiber internet for SOHO speeds greater or equal to 8Mbps shall be provided using fiber unless fiber resource is not available.
  • For copper media not available Bandwidth like 3Mbps, 4Mbps & 6Mbps it is possible to deliver the service by fiber media.
  • Add on feature for SOHO is applicable for fiber media customer with combo tele business fiber.
  • Upgrade and downgrade for tele business fiber shall be applicable only for newly available speeds.
  • The fixed line package for enterprise as add on be free for three months and after the free package if customer need the service they shall apply for the package.
  • All prevailing Enterprise and SOHO FBB internet service business rules remain intact.
  • All tariffs are VAT inclusive.

  • Subscription is free.
  • Customers shall present a valid business license trade registration upon subscription.
  • Only customers that show capital Birr 10,000 or less will be eligible for the SOHO FBB internet offer.
  • Existing sales policy related to the segment remain intact.
  • CPE and LMT related business rules remain the same.
  • Existing Customers (those subscribed to other FBB offers) can change their offer to the new SOHO FBB internet offer for free.

Fixed wireless broadband signals are broadcasted from a wireless base station to a receiver.
