Introduction and Background
Ethio Telecom, Ethiopia’s leading telecom and digital service provider, operates Zemen GEBEYA, a digital marketplace launched in May 2025. It connects merchants and consumers nationwide through merchant portals, apps, and logistics systems. Under the Next Horizon Digital & Beyond 2028 Strategy, the company seeks potential partners to scale Zemen GEBEYA logistics operations via a hybrid model, enhancing coverage, reducing costs, and integrating eco-friendly practices.
