All 5G offers are available for Enterprise customers only using prepaid, hybrid and postpaid option as basic and group offers.
Payment modality for prepaid should be airtime, cash, or telebirr.
For all volume-based packages prices and resources shall be available with one-off and recurring.
For all speed-based packages the price is monthly recurring with postpaid options and available as basic & group offers.
5G subscribers can access the data at 4G network speed when out of 5G network coverage areas.
Customers can request the service by visiting Ethio telecom shops.
5G After-sales service prices will be the same as the existing 4G LTE mobile service fees, including (change from prepaid to postpaid/hybrid, postpaid to prepaid (and vice versa), upgrade from 2G/3G/4G mobile to 5G mobile, replacement fee, change ownership, and others).
When a customer downgrades from 5G mobile to 4G/VoLTE mobile the purchased limited packages shall be used by 4G network.
Customers having a 5G-enabled device and 4G unlimited package shall not access the 5G network unless the customer subscribes for 5G offers.
If the customer wants to change its office location, the customer should request a Move/Relocation service free of charge.
Out-of-package usage for Enterprise 5G volume-based service is Birr 0.004/Mb (configurable).
The system must prorate the monthly rent and resources during subscription and termination.
Volume-based 5G packages are transferable to 5G mobile subscribers whereas resource conversion is possible as per the existing/4G rules.
