Eligibility:

  • This offer is exclusively available to Enterprise Customerswho subscribe simultaneously to both:
  • A new discounted Fixed Broadband (FBB) internet service designated for SOHO (Small Office/Household Office).
  • A new SIM card as part of the package.

Subscription Rules:

  • Enterprise customers can subscribe to or purchase this specific Enterprise Starter Package (ESP) only once.
  • At the time of subscription, you can choose for the package to be a one-off purchaseor set up as a recurring monthly plan.

Service Changes & Flexibility:

  • Termination:After subscribing to a combined offer (e.g., FBB + SIM), you can choose to terminate the entire package or just one of the services (FBB or mobile) at any time. You may continue using the remaining preferred service, potentially retaining its discounted ESP price according to the original offer terms.
  • Upgrades & Downgrades:
  • Possible:
    • You can change your FBB speed within the SOHO bandwidth optionsonly if you remain subscribed to the combined starter pack.
    • You can upgrade from the combined starter pack to a standard Tele Business Fiber internet package, however, you will lose the 20% FBB discountassociated with the ESP.
  • Not Possible:
    • You cannotdowngrade from a standard FBB internet for SOHO or Tele Business Fiber internet plan back to this specific combined starter pack offer.

 

Payment & Billing:

  • Payment Modality:
  • The FBB internet starter packcomponent is provided strictly on a Postpaid
  • The mobile starter pack offers(SIM component) can be managed via Postpaid, Prepaid, or Hybrid
    • First Month Payment (Mobile):For all ESP mobile packages (Prepaid and Postpaid), the offer price must be paid upfront for the first month only.
    • Subsequent Payments (Mobile Recurring):After the first month, recurring mobile packages will be managed via standard billing for Postpaid users and require recharging for Prepaid users.
    • VAT:All stated prices include 15% VAT.

Combo Service Specifics (FBB + Fixed Line):

  • Subscription Fees:For new subscribers to the Combo FBB package under this ESP offer, initial subscription setup fees for both the Fixed Line and FBB internet may be waived or included.
  • Free Fixed Line Offer:Customers subscribing to the Combo Service receive complimentary Fixed Line call allowances (as detailed in the offer) for the first three months.
  • Continuing Fixed Line Offer:After three months, these free call allowances will automatically stop. If you wish to continue receiving these allowances, you must opt-in by paying an additional 100 Birr per month.

ADSL Modem Installment Plan:

  • Eligibility:Customers subscribing to the combined offer (new discounted FBB for SOHO + new SIM) qualify for a 12-month installment payment plan for an ADSL modem.
  • Commitment:A signed commitment agreement is required for the installment plan.
  • Early Termination:If you terminate the service before completing the 12-month modem payment period, you are required to pay the remaining outstanding balance for the modem immediately.

 

Mobile Package Allowances:

  • Rollover:Any 100% unused mobile resources (Minutes, SMS, Data) from your ESP starter pack will roll over to the next month only. They do not accumulate further.
  • Out-of-Bundle Rates:If you exceed your ESP mobile package allowances, the following standard rates apply:
  • Data:11 Cents per MB
  • Voice Calls: 50 Cents per Minute
  • SMS: 12 Cents per SMS
