1. Eligibility:
   • New and existing active FBB customers can subscribe to the DSTV Bundling Service by visiting the nearest Ethio Telecom shop, provided they upgrade or subscribe to the designated bundling speeds.
2. Subscription Process:
   • Existing FBB Customers:
     • Must upgrade their subscription if their current speed does not match the required bundle speed.
     • If using a non-smart TV, they must purchase an Smart TV stick/ STB (Set-Top Box).
     • You will receive an SMS with a magic link.
     • Click on the magic link, which will redirect you to the DStv Stream sign-up page on the web.
     • On the sign-up page, enter the following details:
       • Your mobile number
       • A unique and valid email address
       • Create a password (at least 6 characters)
     • Download the app on your Smart TV stick/ STB (Set-Top Box) or smart TV for a seamless experience.
   • New FBB Customers:
     • Must formally request an FBB service subscription at Ethio telecom service centers.
     • Ethio Telecom will conduct a technical site survey to check availability.
     • If approved, customers must subscribe and make the required payment at an Ethio Telecom service center.
     • Upon payment, the GPON device will be issued, and the Ethio Telecom team will install the home Wi-Fi system.
     • If using a non-smart TV, they must purchase an Smart TV stick/ STB (Set-Top Box).
     • You will receive an SMS with a magic link.
     • Click on the magic link, which will redirect you to the DStv Stream sign-up page on the web.
     • On the sign-up page, enter the following details:
       • Your mobile number
       • A unique and valid email address
       • Create a password (at least 6 characters)
     • Log in to the DStv Stream app or website to begin enjoying the service.
     • Download the app on your Smart TV stick/ STB (Set-Top Box) or smart TV for a seamless experience.
3. Payment Mode:
   • Payment for the DSTV Bundling Pack with FBB is postpaid, processed through available payment channels for postpaid customers.
4. Subscription Notifications:
   • FBB service registration request confirmation (including survey order details).
   • Survey results (if approved, customers will be directed to purchase the required device).
   • Monthly bill payment reminders.
   • Unpaid bill reminders.
   • Service suspension or reactivation notifications.

FOR OTT SUBSCRIBERS;

1. Data Usage:
   • The internet package provided with DSTV OTT Bundling is strictly for DSTV OTT Mobile Streaming and cannot be used for other websites (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Google, etc.).
2. Eligibility:
   • All prepaid, postpaid, and hybrid mobile customers (residential and enterprise) can subscribe.
3. Device Requirements:
   • To ensure a smooth streaming experience, customers must use 4G SIM cards with LTE-supported devices.
4. Subscription Process:
   • Customers must have sufficient balance before subscribing.
   • Go to Dial *999# or use telebirr to subscribe for DStv Stream Package bundle.
   • Choose your preferred bundled DStv Stream package and complete the payment.
   • Subscription activates automatically upon payment and You will receive an SMS with a magic link.
   • Customers receive an internet data package as per their selected DSTV OTT bundle. Monthly packages are valid for 30 days.
   • Click on the magic link, which will redirect you to the DStv Stream sign-up page on the web.
   • On the sign-up page, enter the following details:
     • Your mobile number
     • A unique and valid email address
     • Create a password (at least 6 characters)
   • Log in to the DStv Stream app or website to begin enjoying the service.
5. Payment Mode:
   • Payment will be deducted from the customer’s airtime balance or Telebirr account.
   • Postpaid customers will be billed accordingly, while hybrid accounts will be charged based on their default payment mode.
