Eligibility & Network:
- These packages are available to all Prepaid, Postpaid, and Hybridmobile customers.
- They are compatible with our 2G, 3G, and 4G networks.
Purchasing Options:
- You can purchase these packages at any Ethio telecom service center.
- Choose between a one-time purchaseor set it up as a recurring monthly subscription.
Package Types:
- Offers are available as both Basic (individual)and Group
Usage Rules & Allowances:
- Sharing (Group Packages):
- Sharing allowances within Enterprise monthly group packagesis not permitted.
- Members using Residential accountsmay have different sharing capabilities based on their specific account rules.
- Package Conversion (Enterprise Monthly Packages):
- Voice and SMS packages:Can be converted according to standard rules.
- Data packages (500MB up to 2GB):Can be converted.
- Data packages (30GB, 50GB, 100GB, 150GB, and Unlimited):These cannot be converted.
- Voice & SMS Usage:The minutes and SMS included in these packages cover only calls and SMS made within the Ethio telecom network (i.e., from an Ethio telecom number to another Ethio telecom number).
- Out-of-Bundle Rates:If you use up your package allowance before it expires, the following standard rates apply:
- Data:11 Cents per MB
- Voice:50 Cents per Minute
- SMS:12 Cents per SMS
General Conditions:
- All other existing business rules governing mobile package services remain in effect.
Pricing:
- All package prices quoted or displayed include 15% VAT.
